Tyler Edwards from Cusick is one of the top returning receivers and will have another good year if he doesn't move to Quarterback. We will have to see whether he does, OR if the new QB can get him the ball like the graduated Shanholtzer was able to.
Eric Robinson from Lummi is one of the most talented receivers at any level. He is versatile and athletic enough to be able to be a complete receiver. He is also a very good return man. Look for him to hook up with Ty Jameson several times this season.
Steve Eacker from Colton had a productive season last year and his QB Josh Straughan returns once again to feed him passes. Look for Eacker to have an even bigger role and his already solid numbers last season to increase.
Shem Norton from Cusick is a heck of an athlete. Will he play QB or will Edwards? Norton can play RB also and if he is not under center he will be catching passes and/or running the football.
Tyler Gregson from ACH is another do it all kind of kid. Back-up QB, running back and receiver. He can go get them when the ball is in the air. Although ACH does not throw a lot, if they do, Gregson can catch them.
Returning Receivers that are on the radar at this time...
1. Tyler Edwards, Cusick
2. Eric Robinson, Lummi
3. Steve Eacker, Colton
4. Shem Norton, Cusick
5. Tyler Gregson, ACH
*This list does not include new teams to the 8-man ranks nor does it include players switching positions. Just the 5 receivers that I know right now that are returning after having good years last season.
Please add to this list anyone that you know of that should be a productive receiver for their respective team next season.
