Dehydration takes a toll on players in the T Dome I am sorry but in my opinion that should not happen, especially to teams who played here before. Hydrate all week long.

Despite the score, it was a good game. Congratulations to Prep as well as Lummi. There were some fine plays on both sides and I saw a side to TCP that I haven't seen before (double wing, pistol I...)

Listen to game on internet.. Good high scoring game. Congrats to Lummi and TCP.
Big CONGRATULATIONS to Coach Whitset and all TCP players. It has been some good games the last couple of years. TCP has great athletes and GREAT kids all around. Even though our games may have not went our way it is always good to play the TCP Jaguars.

Stats I saw briefly at the end of the game looked like this for Will Hoppes:
27/33, 552 yards, 10 TDs.

And a final note on that performance. There was a 4th and 6 at one point in the game (late in the 2nd, if memory serves. LoggerPride noted it as a TD to Ledesma). Hoppes had J. Pederson WIDE OPEN in the left flat that would have been good for a 1st down on that play. I saw Hoppes look left at Pederson, then instead he lofted it down the middle, not going for the easy 1st down. I was aghast, until I saw the pass hit Ledesma (1.5 steps ahead of double coverage) perfectly in stride for the TD. An audacious, amazing and prescient throw that left me and my mates in the stands slackjawed with amazement. An epic performance.

Lummi TD, 93 yd KO return. Robinson. 2 pt conv pass is no good *KO return is a new 8 man State record for the Championship game5:44 to go in the 3rd TCP 52 Lummi 32 Two things on that play: Hoppes kicked it high in the air (mistake) and Robinson threaded a couple of would-be tacklers then turned on the jets. Kid has a high gear in his legs. Fun to watch, even if I am a Prep booster.
