Final from Joyce:
Crescent 14 36 7 27--84
Lopez 0 36 24 8--68
Unofficial stats, until I watch the gamefilm and confirm:
Dylen Heaward for Crescent rushed 36 times for 493 yards and 10 touchdowns. He also threw a 63 yard touchdown pass.
11 all-purpose touchdowns.
Our defense was an absolute mess today.
Also, congrats to Neah Bay on their big victory.

Does the 493 yards include punt & kick returns ? Looks like Mr. Heaward had a big day with 11 TD's. I know that is a school single game record and could be a State Record ? Nice victory coach R. Take care of HCP and then you get the Elks. Sounds like you need to work on some "D"

Dylen didn't have any punt return yards, but he did have 48 kickoff return yards.
So, by my calculations, that gives him 604 all-purpose yards for the game. 493 rushing, 63 passing, and 48 return yards.
Not enough for a state record which is held by Will Hoppes with 756. Still a great game by Heaward though.

Boosting your stats is a serious crime in b-8, IN HS basketball people used to say I pad my stats by missing a short lay-in, rebound, shoot again, rebound...ETC, it still takes a well engineered game to produce that many yards ...and I personally dont beliz it

Lake Quinault - 40, King's Way - 24... but it was a little closer than the score would indicate. King's Way failed to convert on 4th down from the quinault 30 with a few minutes left while only down by 8
